Eurocadres welcome new team member to Brussels secretariat
Ilkka Penttinen Fouto joins as our Project and Policy Officer.
Eurocadres are delighted to welcome Ilkka Penttinen Fouto as our new Project and Policy Officer, joining our Brussels-based secretariat. Ilkka has a wealth of experience within the Brussels bubble, having worked on European policy issues since 2014 in both advocacy and project management roles.
Prior joining us, Ilkka worked on a variety of policy areas as a research consultant within the VVA Group in Brussels, and as an independent consultant. Previously Ilkka has also worked for Transparency International’s Brussels office, including indirect work with Eurocadres on a number of priorities, and in the European Parliament.
Within this extensive background, Ilkka has focused specifically on topics such as anti-corruption, just transition, democracy in the digital era and financial transparency.
